I nostri filati per maglieria sono prodotti nei titoli base 1/15 e 2/28, e sono quindi adatti a lavorazioni a partire dalla finezza 12-14 (Cotton 21 gg.), mentre le varianti ed evoluzioni arrivano sino al titolo 1500, adatto anche per il “fatto a mano”. Tutti i nostri filati sono cardati in olio, e richiedono quindi un’operazione di follatura dopo la smacchinatura. Forniamo ai nostri clienti schede tecniche con le indicazioni relative a questa operazione, sia per quanto riguarda il processo di lavaggio e follatura che per quanto riguarda i prodotti da utilizzare. E’ da segnalare che, grazie alle particolari doti di resistenza ed elasticitĂ, i nostri filati per maglieria possono essere utilizzati anche per la tessitura a navetta, sia in trama che in catena.

Our knitwear yarns are produced in the base counts of 1/15 and 2/28, and are therefore suited to processing from fineness 12-14 upward (Cotton 21 gg.), whereas variants and developments of the base yarns reach up to counts of 1500, that can also be used for “hand-knitted” items. All our yarns are carded in oil, and thus require fulling after knitting. We provide our customers with technical data sheets with a full description of this process, both in terms of scouring and milling and with regard to the products to utilise. Note that thanks to their significant strength and elasticity properties our knitting yarns can also be used for loom weaving, for both warp and weft.
